Training Courses, Workshops, and Mentoring

MBD and MBE Training

We offer training courses, workshops, and mentoring before, during, and after MBE transformation projects.

 

 

  • Kickoff training empowers leaders and staff with an updated value- driven understanding of MBD and MBE, what’s possible, what’s in the way, and how to succeed, what we call Rebaselining

  • In-project training empowers the project team and participants, facilitating a smooth path to deployment and rollout

Training Courses
and Workshops

Training courses and workshops are generally 16-20-hours long, but can be shorter or longer depending on a number of factors. We offer training for MBD, MBE, and a combination of both topics.

Our training is based on our materials and references applicable standards.

GD&T and ISO GPS Training

To complement our MBD and MBE training, Bryan’s other company offers GD&T and ISO GPS training. No one else has the expertise and experience to help you understand and optimize the transition from traditional engineering product definition practices like GD&T and their effect on manufacturing, quality, and other organizations and MBD and MBE.
